Join the Maul at the Lincolnshire Show

The Leicester Tigers roadshow vehicle, The Maul, will join tens of thousands of people at the Lincolnshire Show this week.

An estimated 60,000 visitors are expected at the Lincolnshire Showground on Wednesday and Thursday for the 134th annual show. Doors open from 8am to 6pm on both days.

Visitors to The Maul will be able to take on the Fordy’s Kicking Challenge, the tackle bag and Welford’s Wheel, and get a memento of their day in the photo booth.

The Tigers team will be in the Countryside Ring from 11am on each day with their Balls of STIHL challenge, in association with Tigers sponsors STIHL.

STIHL-branded rugby balls will be pumped into the sky and visitors who catch one will be able to take it home as a souvenir.

Visitors to the Maul will also be able to find out about Tigers season tickets, sign up to the Junior Tigers Club and book places on Tigers’ summer Rugby Camps and Multi-Sport Camps.

This year show’s will celebrate 100 years since the end of World War I as well as the RAF Centenary. The show team have confirmed the RAF Falcons will be make a special appearance both days and there will be RAF flypasts from a Dakota, Spitfire and the Red Arrows.
