There's less than a week until the start of Leicester Tigers annual residential Rugby Camp at Bishop Burton College in East Riding, Yorkshire - and you can be there!

There are still places available to join under-13 to under-18 players from August 19 - 24 and experience a life in the week of a rugby player.

Arriving on Sunday, August 19, the groups will take part in an elite rugby training programme delivered by Tigers qualified coaches.

With up to five hours coaching a day alongside strength and conditioning sessions, it's the closest youngsters can get to experiencing the weekly regime of a professional rugby player.

There's the chance to relax as well with three hot meals a day, evening entertainment, team building exercises plus the chance to make new friends.

You'll even get your own personal development plan to take away with you at the end of the training camp.

With prices starting from £475, youngsters will also be able to take away free Tigers goodies and a free ticket to Tigers' first home game of the 2018/19 Gallagher Premiership against Newcastle Falcons at Welford Road on September 8.

A travel package is also available at an additional cost of £35. This includes travel on Sunday, August 19 departing at 1.30pm from Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth 1st College (LE1 7RJ) and returning back to the college car park at 4.00pm on Friday, August 24.

All attendees will also be offered a free ticket to watch Leicester Tigers' pre-season fixture against London Irish upon their return to Leicester, with the August 24 fixture kicking off at 7.45pm.

The camp is for aspiring rugby players who are between the ages of 12 and 17 on August 31, 2017.
