Tigers welcome Worcester Warriors to Welford Road on Saturday, September 8 (3pm) for an Aviva Premiership clash and to coincide with the big match we’re putting on a free family fun day at Nelson Mandela Park.
Supporters will be able to enjoy live music, dance acts, shopping, games and children’s activities – plus meet Welford, the club mascot.
Last year’s Tigers in the Park attracted more than 3,000 people and this year's it will be even bigger. Now Tigers are looking for people to be part of the event.
If you are a singer or a musician or are in a band, or you are in a dance group, a street act or are an entertainer, we want to hear from you. Post a link to your videos on the Official Leicester Tigers Facebook page so we can see what you do and we will choose at least two acts to play alongside other local bands at Tigers in the Park. The deadline is midday on Friday, August 10.
If you are a stall holder, email Maria O’Brien with a brief description of your stall with your details to [email protected]
Stall spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so the quicker you get back to us, the more chance you have of being part of our season-opening spectacular.
