Leicester Tigers host the latest leg of the longstanding Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup at Oakham Rugby Club this Sunday.

Land Rover has been supporting rugby at all levels in the UK for nearly two decades, from grassroots to the elite, a support typified through the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup, which is a nationwide series of festivals for under-11 and under-12 teams.

For each team representing local clubs involved in the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup, there is the chance to win an exclusive trip to the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final at Twickenham in June.

Vital in fostering the values at the heart of the game, the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup is a key part of the grassroots rugby calendar each season and allows Land Rover to connect with the rugby community and the people at the heart of it.

More than 30 teams, from clubs across the Tigers region, will take part at Oakham this weekend and, since its inception, the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup has helped more than 100,000 youngsters discover rugby through these annual events, with some realising their dreams of going on to play for Premiership clubs.

The Tigers Club Shop and The Maul will be in attendance at the event.

The events are designed to provide aspiring young players with the chance to play competitive fixtures in a format to aid their development, all within the spirit of rugby’s core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and sportsmanship.
