Voting closes at midday on Friday (December 6) and is due to be announced during half-time of the Heineken Cup clash with Montpellier at Welford Road on Sunday (December 8).
The Tigers Player of the Month award is supported by Goldsmiths, the largest prestige and luxury jewellers in the UK, who are also official East Stand sponsors and official timekeepers.
