Leicester Tigers, England and Lions captain Johnson will lead the Tigers Legends against a Matt Hampson International Legends team captained by former dual-code international Robinson in the match on Sunday, April 21 (3pm).
More legends of the game will be added to each squad in the build-up to the match which will form one of the stand-out events of the benefit year for Tigers second-rower Deacon.
