The fixtures for next season’s Aviva Premiership programme were released at midday on Thursday and pair Tigers with the Chiefs in a 3pm kick-off at Welford Road on Saturday, September 3.
The fixture is a repeat of Tigers’ opening home game of last season when scores from Scott Hamilton, Dan Hipkiss and a penalty try helped the hosts to a thrilling 37-27 win against the Premiership newcomers.
Tigers travel to old rivals London Wasps for their first away game of the campaign on Sunday, September 11 (2.15pm). Wasps have signed former Tigers lock Marco Wentzel during the close-season and also include Tom Varndell in their squad.
The opening month features a trip to Newcastle Falcons on Saturday, September 17 and a home game against the defending Aviva Premiership champions Saracens on Saturday, September 24 (2.30pm).
Bath Rugby – including summer signing Dan Hipkiss – host Tigers in Round Five and are the visitors to Welford Road on the final day of the regular season in May.
The Christmas holiday period features an away game against Worcester Warriors and a home game against Sale Sharks at New Year.
Kick-off times have been confirmed for the opening eight rounds of the Aviva Premiership season after consultation with contracted broadcasters. Tigers' preferred kick-off time for home fixtures is 3pm Saturday, though fixtures after round eight are subject to alteration.
All fixtures are ‘on the weekend of' the Saturday date shown as host clubs will confirm their matchdays as quickly as possible.
Dates and times for the Heineken Cup, in which Tigers have been drawn alongside ASM Clermont Auvergne, Ulster and Aironi, will be confirmed during July and fixtures for the Anglo-Welsh LV= Cup will be announced at a later date.

Adult season ticket prices are priced from £240 terrace, £320 seating, and £100 junior terrace, £125 junior seating. There are prices for young adults (aged 16-21) & full-time students, 65-plus and families.
Supporters aged under 10 years are entitled to a free season ticket if accompanied by a full paying adult (this offer is available until August 1).
