Following a 38-27 bonus-point win at Welford Road last weekend, Tigers go to Stade Aime Giral with a record of three wins from three games so far in this season’s European competition.
The only change to the matchday 22 this week is the inclusion of England international scrum-half Harry Ellis on the bench after his recovery from a back injury which forced his late withdrawal last Saturday.
“This is a new experience for me as a coach, sending a side out against the same opposition in successive weeks,” said Meyer whose team have beaten the Ospreys and Perpignan at home and Benetton Treviso away in the Heineken Cup this season.
“The players can take confidence from the win last weekend but that game is over now, they have to go out and perform again.
“We have to be completely focused on this game and we are definitely looking forward to it.”
