In a heartfelt and honest chat with LTTV, Manu Tuilagi opens up on the "tough time" the Tigers squad, staff and supporters are going through after a string of disappointing results
The Leicester and England centre also calls on the entire club to come together in the face of adversity and support one another, including throwing his support behind Geordan Murphy and his vision for the club.
"This is the time we need to come together now as a group, I believe with the players that we have 100% we can go forward from this," he said.
"I believe in Geordie and him leading us going forward and I’m looking forward to it."
Tuilagi also opens up on the impact of social media on players and coaches, his thoughts on supporters who want to abandon the club during a hard time, his recent return to the international stage and the "minor" injury he suffered in camp with England, as well as much more in a rare show of emotion from the Tigers star.
"You’re either here all the time, both when we’re up and down or don’t be here at all ... this is the time we need to come together, as a club, and take this forward," he said.
"It has been tough out there, obviously, and the boys all say they don't read that stuff but it’s there and we read it, and it hurts."
