The organising committee concluded that the match was abandoned due to weather conditions, and so the result will stand (Harlequins 20 Leicester Tigers 6).
The match was called to a halt after 71 minutes as extreme high winds hit The Stoop stadium and the referee took the players off the field.
Tigers chief executive Simon Cohen said: “It was entirely the right decision to abandon the game.
“The organising committee were put in a difficult situation. Any replay would have to be played before the Round Four matches and, as our Round Four fixture is on Friday evening, it would be impossible to play again without seriously compromising player welfare.
“Tigers have on many occasions come back at the end of games to get something, whether it be a win, a draw or a bonus point. It is extremely unfortunate that the team was deprived of that opportunity in this case through no fault of its own.
“But we recognise the difficult circumstances that the organising committee had to consider when coming to their decision.”
