Leicester Tigers will again hold a series of one-day Rugby Masterclasses for young players at Welford Road during May and June.

The Masterclass series features three separate coaching workshops allowing young players to focus on key parts of the game, plus a fourth day specifically for girls.
 
These are the only camps in which young players have access to train on the Welford Road pitch, following in the footsteps Tigers legends.
 
Masterclasses are led by Tigers coaches, with previous years including:

• George Chuter – England international, World Cup Finalist and former record appearance-holder in Premiership Rugby
• Louis Deacon – Tigers academy graduate, six-time Premiership title winner with the club and England international
• Harry Ellis –Tigers academy graduate, European Cup and Premiership title winner, England and British & Irish Lions scrum-half
• Glen Gelderbloom – Two-time European Cup winner with Tigers
• Craig Newby – Former All Blacks back-rower and Premiership title winner with Tigers 

This year's masterclasses are:

• Attack & Decision Making – Tuesday, May 30
• Breakdown & Defence – Wednesday, May 31
• Forward Play & Scrum – Thursday, June 1
• Girls' Rugby Masterclass – Friday, June 2 

The girls-only masterclass supports the club’s commitment to the women’s game and will cover all of the game’s fundamental skills.
