French referee Mathieu Raynal will take charge of the opening Leicester Tigers fixture in this season's European Champions Cup, away to Glasgow Warriors next month.
Tournament organisers EPCR have announced their referee appointments for fixtures in the opening two rounds, with Mr Raynal taking the whistle for the opening match of Europe’s elite club tournament at Scotstoun on Friday, October 14.
The Round 2 fixture against Racing 92 at Welford Road on Sunday, October 23 will be refereed by Italian official Marius Mitrea.
