Jack Makepeace will take charge of a Leicester Tigers fixture for the first time when Exeter Chiefs visit Welford Road in Round 2 of the Premiership Rugby Cup on Friday evening.
He will be assisted from the touchlines by Adam Leal and John Meredith, while Trevor Fisher will undertake Television Match Official duties.
While Makepeace has never refereed Tigers before, Leal was the man in the middle when Leicester visited Northampton Saints in the same competition last season.
