Leicester Tigers welcome London Irish to Welford Road in a tea-time kick-off today (Wednesday) in Round 16 of the Gallagher Premiership season.

The stadium remains closed to supporters as fixtures are currently being played behind closed doors due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Supporters are urged to not visit the stadium as the club is working hard to make the event a safe one for all and then hopefully welcome crowds back as soon as possible.

Kick-off is 6.00pm and there is full live coverage on BT Sport 2/app from 5.55pm.

Tigers season ticket holders who do not have a BT Sport subscription can obtain a free BT Sport Match Pass to follow all the action. Please note you will have to register ahead of the game and will then receive your match code before kick-off.

The Tigers matchday programme is available in digital format. The link has been sent to season ticket holders or click here to see a chat with some of the squad’s new arrivals, the words of Geordan Murphy, chairman Peter Tom and chief executive Andrea Pinchen, a check on the visitors and the Gallagher Premiership previews.

Ahead of kick-off, the teams will line up to remember those who have died during the COVID-19 pandemic and pay tribute to the NHS and the country’s key workers.  The referee will also blow the whistle for Premiership Rugby to give clubs and players time to show respect for Black Lives and Racial Equality. Tigers are proud to support Premiership Rugby’s Rugby Against Racism initiative.

Keep up to date with the game on the Tigers Matchday Live service on the app, or on the club’s social media channels.

Voting opens at half-time for the LeoVegas Fans’ Favourite using the Tigers App. Simply click on the tab in the Tigers App during the second half and the winner will be announced at full-time.

The match report will appear on the club website at the final whistle, with match reaction from coaches and players to follow.

If you are wearing your club colours, you can share your photos of #TigersAtHome with other supporters on the club’s social media pages until we can all be together again at Welford Road.

The ticket office at the stadium remains closed to visitors, but the club shop re-opens tomorrow (Thursday). All services are available online.
