Matchday guide: Tigers versus Pumas

There's no better way to kick-off a World Cup season than at Welford Road this Saturday when Leicester Tigers host an Argentina squad in the Marcos Ayerza Testimonal Challenge. Kick-off is at 3pm and tickets are available now.Los Pumas travel to Leicester in their final World Cup warm-up fixture as supporters honour front-row favourite Ayerza as he approaches the start of his 10th season in Tigers colours.   Ayerza is also preparing for his third World Cup in a Pumas squad which includes former Tigers players Horacio Agulla, Lucas Amorosino and Pablo Matera, plus experienced internationals Juan Martín Fernández Lobbe, fly-half Juan Martín Hernández, Marcelo Bosch and Agustín Creevy.   Tigers fans will also have a chance to see some news faces for the 2015/16 season and welcome back Aaron Mauger in his second spell at the club, now as head coach.   As a testimonial fixture, this game is not included in Tigers season tickets. Match tickets are available now in all areas.   Match tickets are priced £25 adult seating, £10 junior or £60 family (2 adults, 2 juniors), or £22/£8/£52 terrace.   Purchase in person at the Tigers Club Store at Welford Road or phone 0116 319 8888 (option 2) (9am-5pm weekdays and from 9am on matchday) or book online at the Tigers ticket office by clicking here.   The Ticket office on matchdays is based on the plaza outside the MET-Rs Stand and there is also a ticket collection point based at The Maul on the plaza for pre-ordered tickets.   Season ticket holders who have purchased places will either have the game loaded on to their access card or have been sent match tickets. If in doubt, please contact the ticket office.   The Junior Tigers Club is open from 1pm in Final Whistle with games and activities for young supporters. JTC has more than  40,000 members and you can sign up any supporter under the age of 16 at a home game or online now. Click here for details.   All turnstiles, bars and food kiosks will be open from 1pm.   Marcos Ayerza Testimonial merchandise is available from a stand in the Final Whistle throughout the day and supporters can pick up a copy of the new Stuff Ben Said book, signed by co-author Tom Croft, in the Final Whistle after Saturday's game.   There will also be a collection on behalf of Hope Against Cancer, one of the testimonial year’s chosen charities, during the build-up to kick-off inside and outside the stadium.   We’re delighted to welcome students from Cardinal Newman in Argentina, former school of Marcos Ayerza, who will perform Guard of Honour and Flag Shaker duties on the pitch ahead of kick-off. England's final World Cup warm-up fixture, against Ireland, will be shown 'as live' on TV screens around t6he stadium at the end of the Tigers match so you don't have to miss a thing from Twickenham either.   The Arriva matchday bus services on all routes are in operation for this fixture.
