Craig Maxwell-Keys will take charge of his 63rd Premiership game when he runs out to referee Leicester Tigers' final fixture of the Gallagher Premiership season against Bath Rugby at Welford Road this Saturday, May 18 (4.00pm).
He will be assisted by Ian Tempest and Matthew O'Grady from the touchlines, while Sean Davey is named as Television Match Official. Grant Seely will undertake citing officer duties.
Maxwell-Keys last refereed Tigers in the Round 14 fixture away to Worcester Warriors in February, while JP Doyle took charge of the reverse fixture against Bath in December 2018.
