Moody to win 50th cap against Australia

Figure image
Tigers flanker Lewis Moody will win his 50th cap when England take on Australia in the World Cup quarter-final at the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille on Saturday afternoon.

Moody starts the match on the openside flank, with Tigers colleagues Ben Kay and Martin Corry wearing the No.5 and 6 shirts respectively.

Despite an impressive performance against Samoa, George Chuter misses out on a starting berth as Mark Regan is named at hooker. Dan Hipkiss joins Chuter on the replacements bench.

Bath prop Matt Stevens also drops to the bench, with Phil Vickery returning to the front row as captain.

Tigers face Gloucester at 6pm at Welford Road on the same day, with selected turnstiles open from 1pm to allow supporters to watch England vs Australia (kick-off 2pm) live on TV in the ABC, Tigers and Captains Bars. Food will also be available inside the ground from 1pm.
