Leicester Tigers Women's Forwards Coach Luke Stratford has been suspended for seven weeks by an RFU independent disciplinary panel, under RFU Rule 5.12. conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game.
Stratford was charged following an incident during the Allianz Premiership Women's Rugby game against Bristol Bears Women at Mattioli Woods Welford Road on January 13.
Stratford acknowledged the Match Official Abuse Report, completed by Adam White (the 4th Official), and fully accepted his behaviour was “inappropriate and unacceptable”.
