French referee Romain Poite will take charge of Leicester Tigers' opening game in the new European Rugby Champions Cup.
Tournament organisers EPCR have announced the line-up of officials for the opening two rounds in both Champions Cup and European Challenge Cup.
Poite will officiate at the Tigers versus Ulster Rugby fixture at Welford Road on Saturday, October 18 (7.45pm).
Irish official John Lacey will be in charge of the second-round match between the Scarlets and Tigers at Parc y Scarlets a week later.
