Gerrie Britz is promoted from the bench and Ovidiu Tonita - a try-scorer last Saturday - moves across from the No6 shirt to the openside. Jean-Pierre Perez is chosen among the replacements after starting the Welford Road fixture.
France international centre Jean-Philippe Grandclaude is added to the replacements in place of Farid Sid.
