It’s Derby Week in the Gallagher Premiership and Saturday’s main attraction sees Leicester Tigers taking on Northampton Saints at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

The East Midlands Derby: one of rugby’s most-famous rivalries and a near-capacity crowd set to spark Tigers home patch on a weekend where a result will be crucial for Leicester to kick start their season.

Saints make the short trip to Leicester off the back of an impressive victory over Exeter last time out, but form guides go out the window on Derby day!

Saints welcome back captain Lewis Ludlam, though lock Courtney Lawes is not named for the Derby. 

Scrum-half Ben Youngs is named for his 28th East Midland Derby - the most of any player from either club while Tigers backrow Tommy Reffell is also fit to return.
