Leicester Tigers take on Harlequins at Mattioli Woods Welford Road in Round 24 of the 2022/23 Gallagher Premiership.
The fixture, which has been confirmed as a sell-out, will be the final home game for Leicester Tigers of the season.
Tigers and Harlequins have met on 211 occasions, of which 104 have been played at the Leicester venue.
In the most recent meeting between the clubs, Leicester were victorious at Twickenham Stoop 27-19.
Tigers have already confirmed their place in this season's semi-finals, while Harlequins come into the final round of the regular season in seventh place on 47 competition points.
