Quins away | Tickets and travel advice

Leicester Tigers return to Twickenham Stadium on Saturday, December 28 as the visitors in the ‘Big Game’ against hosts Harlequins.

Tigers also provided the opposition in the first ‘Big Game’ promotion back in 2008 in front of a sell-out crowd at English rugby headquarters and have played Premiership games at the stadium in the last few seasons against Bath and Northampton.

This year Quins are chasing a fourth successive win in the annual event while history will be made with the day also hosting a match between Harlequins Women and Leinster Women.

There is pre-match entertainment from the Mac Twins and Massaoke, and activities in the West Fan Village for all supporters.

Kick-off is at 4.30pm and tickets are available now.

Travel is available with the Leicester Tigers Away Supporters Club. They leave Welford Road at 10.00am and tickets are available to book, price £22 adults, £20 senior citizens/students, £10 juniors aged under 18. Book by phoning John Griffiths on 0116 210 1056 or see him in Final Whistle after this Saturday’s home game against Exeter Chiefs.

Car-parking is available in the Cardinal Vaughan car park near the stadium (TW7 7LT), price £20 per car. Click here to book.

For any coach parking or mini-buses in the Rosebine car park, please phone the Quins ticket office on 0208 410 6000.

Quins have released a statement on their website concerning potential strike action by the RMT Union on South Western Trains which might affect the journey of some supporters.

It says: “In response to the possible reduction in rail service as a result of the strike, Harlequins are looking at options to enhance other services, including additional Big Game shuttle bus journeys and increased car parking options.”
