Jack Makepeace will take charge of a Leicester Tigers fixture for the first time when he referees the Anglo-Welsh Cup game against Cardiff Blues.
Makepeace officiated at Welford Road earlier in the season when he ran the line for the Aviva Premiership fixture against Worcester Warriors.
He will be assisted by Craig Maxwell-Keys and Wayne Falla, and the citing commissioner is Grant Seely.
