European Professional Club Rugby, the organisers of the Heineken Champions Cup, have confirmed the referees for the first two rounds of this season’s competition.
Pascal Gauzere, of France, will take charge of Leicester Tigers’ opening game against Ulster Rugby at the Kingspan Stadium on Saturday, October 13. Kick-off in Belfast is at 5.30pm.
The Round Two fixture at Welford Road against Scarlets will be refereed by Romain Poite (France).
