There are two changes and one positional to the Wales Under-20 starting line-up for their second Under-20 Six Nations game, against Scotland on Friday.Ospreys and Bridgend centre Owen Watkin joins Garyn Smith in the midfield, with Barney Nightingale moving to the left wing in place of Leicester Tigers development squad member Rhys Williams who is named among the replacements.
Captain Rory Thornton has been released to play for the Ospreys against Edinburgh, fellow Osprey Adam Beard taking his place in the side.
