Martin Corry, Ben Kay and Lewis Moody all start for the World Champions, with clubmates George Chuter and Dan Hipkiss selected among the replacements.
"Momentum is the key thing," says Tigers captain Corry. "If you didn't have momentum then you wouldn't be in the semi-final. We know we're winning and France are winning, so it's important that we concentrate on ourselves. We need to make sure now that the performance we put in on Saturday betters the one from last Saturday.
"We have taken a lot of flack during this tournament and the important thing is that it has brought us closer together in terms of building a team spirit. We've got closeness, tightness and we've got a hard bunch of guys."
After defeating Australia in last weekend's epic quarter-final, head coach Brian Ashton has named an unchanged squad for the match in Paris (kick-off 8pm).
