Leicester-born Sam, who supported Beyonce on the Birmingham leg of her UK tour on Monday night, is among the latest acts to be announced for the two-day festival at the home of Leicester Tigers.
She will be joined at the Leicester Music Festival by girl group The Saturdays, MOBO Award-winner Labrinth, singer-songwriter Katy B and street dance troupe Diversity, who have also been confirmed today.

Professor Green, Union J, Soul II Soul, Billy Ocean, Aswad, The Real Thing and Stereo Nation have already been confirmed on the bill.
The Leicester Music Festival takes place on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26 and a capacity of 22,000 festival-goers will be permitted on each day.
