With the final whistle blown on the 2010/11 season only last Saturday, the Tigers ticket office reports brisk business and staff are now processing renewals from existing season ticket holders who had until June 1 to guarantee their current seats before being released to general sale.
Tigers managing director David Clayton said: “The loyalty of our supporters is well known but to reach 10,000 season ticket sales by the end of the current season is excellent news, especially as that figure will not include large numbers of terrace season ticket holders who traditionally book later in the summer.
“We are ahead of the figures for the same stage last year, which we believe is due to a combination of the value for money offered by a season ticket and the strength of support the club enjoys.
“June 1 is our deadline for existing season ticket holders to retain their seats before they are released for general sale and, as well as a large uptake for renewals, we are also seeing a lot of interest from supporters who have bought match tickets for the first time this season and have been impressed by the atmosphere, the facilities and the all-round matchday experience here and are now looking at becoming season ticket holders.
“The new scheme to provide free season tickets for under-10s is proving popular and helping us to welcome a new generation of Leicester Tigers supporters.”

Adult season ticket prices are priced from £240 terrace, £320 seating, and £100 junior terrace, £125 junior seating. There are also prices for young adults (aged 16-21) & full-time students, 65-plus and families.
