Leicester Tigers forward Will Spencer is due to appear before an independent disciplinary panel on Tuesday following his sending-off in the game at Wasps.
Spencer was shown a red card by referee Ian Tempest in the 40th minute of Sunday's Gallagher Premiership Round 3 fixture for a dangerous tackle on Wasps hooker Tommy Taylor, contrary to law 9.13.
The hearing will take place in Bristol on Tuesday evening. The panel will be chaired by Euan Ambrose with John Doubleday and Mike Curling.
