Supporters have until midnight on Sunday (November 21) to voice their opinion in the Premiership Rugby Fan Survey.

The survey is a league-wide feedback survey canvassing the opinion of supporters on everything from the matchday experience and the clubs' facilities to their favourite ways to engage with Premiership Rugby.

Long-term supporters will have experienced the Fan Survey previously. The survey runs every two years and provides invaluable feedback for the clubs to act on. The last two surveys have had more than 12,000 respondents, making the survey one of the largest of its kind in the world.

All respondents are automatically entered into a prize draw to win a pair of platinum tickets to the Aviva Premiership Rugby Final 2011.
