Two great Leicestershire icons will continue their long-standing relationship after brewers Everards extended their partnership deal with the Leicester Tigers.
Everards’ award-winning Tiger ale is the official beer of the Tigers and, along with Pitch Black, its exclusive stout for the Leicester Tigers, will continue to be pulled at Welford Road after Tigers and Everards agreed a new 10-year deal.
Tigers chief executive Simon Cohen said: “We are thrilled to be able to continue our close relationship with Everards.
“For a lot of our supporters a pint of Everards Tiger ale is an integral part of their matchday visit to Welford Road, and the new Pitch Black has been a popular addition since it was introduced around the ground last season.
“The fact that we have such fantastic support allows us to attract brilliant partners such as Everards, and this new and extended partnership underlines how well we are seen by our sponsors.”
