The next generation of players can improve their game under the expert guidance of Leicester Tigers coaches on the Mark Group Tigers Rugby Camps.Tigers Rugby Camps have been confirmed for school holidays up to and including the summer holidays, starting with three camps in the February half-term.
Adam Thompstone and Owen Williams will visit Tigers’ first-ever girls-only camp at Harborough RFC (February 16-17). Melton RFC will also host a girls-only Rugby Camp (February 19 and 20). The last few places are available on these camps, which are FREE and for players in school years 9 and 10.
Girls and boys are welcome to take part on Tigers Rugby Camps, including the half-term camp at Ashby RFC (February 16-18). The camp is for players aged in the under-nines to under-14s age groups and there is a tag rugby camp for under-sevens and under-eights. Tigers props Fraser Balmain and Tom Bristow will drop in for a Q&A.
Tigers Rugby Camps, which are supported by energy efficiency specialists Mark Group, continue during the Easter holidays at Peterborough RFC and Loughborough Grammar School (March 30-April 2), and at Stowmarket RFC (April 7-9). Tag camps are also available.
Tigers Rugby Camps head to Boston RFC in Lincolnshire and Newark RFC in Nottinghamshire during the May half-term (May 26-28).
The hugely popular Tigers Masterclass series will return to Welford Road during May. There will be a girls-only Masterclass on May 29, and boys and girls will be able to take part in the Forward Play & Scrum (May 26) with former Tigers and England hooker George Chuter. Two-time European Cup winner Glenn Gelderbloom will take Attacking Play and Decision Making masterclass (May 27) and former Tigers and All Blacks back-rower Craig Newby will be the lead coach on the Breakdown and Defence masterclass (May 28).

Tigers Rugby Camps provide players the opportunity to experience top-quality coaching in a professional environment. Coaching is provided by the Tigers community coaching team alongside some top senior Academy coaches and players past and present, including former captain and coach Ian 'Dosser' Smith and ex-hooker Troy Thacker.
