Geordan Murphy will make his return from injury when Leicester Tigers take on Montpellier in a training game in southern France this evening.
Murphy, who missed a large chunk of last season with an ankle injury, is in the Ireland training squad ahead of the World Cup and has linked up with his Tigers teammates for the start of their summer camp in St Affrique and to play in this evening’s fixtures.

The game in Millau (kick-off 8pm local time) is the only fixture of Tigers’ French training camp and Murphy starts at full-back.
The Tigers club captain is joined in the back three by Mathew Tait and there are starts for new signings Kieran Brookes, Graham Kitchener and Julian Salvi. Niall Morris, another of the summer arrivals, is expected to get some time from the bench.
