Viadana put their first points on the board through a penalty from Pierre Hola before Kaine Robertson claimed Hola's up-and-under on the right and ran in to level the scores after 26 minutes.
Tigers hit back immediately when James Grindal created the opening for Hamilton's first try of the season. Tom Croft then finished off a delightful pass by Lucas Amorosino in the left corner.
