Leicester Tigers have been nominated for two awards at this year's Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards 2017.
Named in the Matchday Hospitality Award (Medium Stadium) and Overall Matchday Hospitality Award categories, the announcement marks the third year running that Tigers have been recognised for their hospitality services.
Stadium Experience, a not-for-profit organisation that supports football and rugby stadium venues, selected Tigers after soaking up the matchday atmosphere and hospitality experiences Welford Road has to offer at the home Aviva Premiership fixture with Newcastle Falcons.
The awards ceremony will take place on June 1 at Anfield, the home of Liverpool Football Club where the winners from each category will be announced. There will be 11 different award categories with the event attracting 400 guests from some of the UK’s top football and rugby stadiums.
