Leicester Tigers will be attending the Heart of the Forest Festival this Saturday with the newest addition to their team, the Tigers roadshow vehicle, The Maul.

The Maul, made its debut appearance at the Aviva Premiership Final at Twickenham when hundreds of supporters gathered to take part in competitions and games.

Since then it has been a star attraction at a host of events including the Corporate Sevens, the Burbage Carnival and the Lincolnshire Show.

Tigers will be running a Speed Passing Challenge as well as a Spot The Ball competition and our interactive quiz giving rugby fans a chance to win a free family ticket to the opening home match of next season at Welford Road.

There will also be a free-to-join tag coaching for young players in the main arena at 1.55pm. Youngsters should register when they arrive for the chance to take part in the fun session with the club's community department.

Club mascot Leicester The Tiger will meet and greet young supporters who can take advantage of free sign-up to the Junior Tigers Club available.

Kung Fu Masters, the Shaolin Warriors, will give free performances at the festival in the middle of their European tour and other attractions include the Desford Colliery Brass Band.
