Leicester Tigers players are helping youngsters stay on task during lock-down with help from main partner Holland & Barrett.
Squad sessions might be out of the question for the foreseeable future, but it's important for not only members of the Leicester squad but rugby players of all ages to keep their skills up ahead of a return to action!
Thanks to Holland & Barrett, rugby players and coaches of all ages can get an insight into the work going on at home by members of the Tigers squad.
Tigers and England fly-half George Ford was the first in the Tigers Tips series, with a lesson for young rugby players on the art of kicking.
Up next, in the second edition, is his international and club team-mate Ben Youngs with a backyard session for young scrum-halves.
All you need is 10m of space, to stay on top of your explosive speed, and a tree or point on the wall to use as a target for passing practice.
Check out the second edition of Tigers Tips above and share your backyard training sessions on social media using #TigersTips.
