Leicester Tigers team-mate Ryan Bower is among the replacements for Friday’s game in Treviso, Italy (kick-off 5.10pm BST time, live on Sky Sports).
England U20s head coach Rob Hunter has picked the same starting XV that beat Ireland 46-15 in March to claim their first Six Nations Grand Slam win since 2008.
Everard starts in the back row alongside Matt Kvesic (Worcester Warriors) and captain Alex Gray (Newcastle Falcons) while Ford is selected at fly-half.
Ford said: “They were missing a few players last time we played them and they’ll be back now. It’s a different game, it’s a different environment and different things are at stake.
“We’ve got to focus on ourselves and our own game, we’ll give them the upmost respect but ultimately it’s about us and how we play on the day.”
Ford added: “This is the opening game for us and it doesn’t get much tougher, but we want to start this competition as we mean to go on and that means playing well, doing all we can to getting the win and taking it from there.”
