They are among 20 international players from six countries who will join Services rugbys top brass to raise £1million for the Help for Heroes fund for the care and rehabilitation of injured British service personnel who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Greenwood and Johnson are included in Lawrence Dallaglios Help for Heroes XV alongside fellow Rugby World Cup winners Jason Robinson, Richard Hill, Mark Regan and Dan Luger.
Former Tigers and Wales prop Morris lines up in the International XV led by Scott Gibbs.
After injuring his ankle in training, questions over his fitness have seen New Zealands giant wing Jonah Lomu moved to the bench.
The international contingent will be joined by 13 players from the Royal Marines, Air Force, Army and Royal Navy.
Tickets for the Help for Heroes Challenge match are available from Ticketmaster (0844 847 2492 or http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/) until 1pm on Friday (September 19) and are priced from £20 for adults and £10 for juniors, with a family ticket costing £50. Tickets will also be available on the day from the South Stand ticket office.
