Tigers stars Lewis Moody, Toby Flood and Matt Smith all return from injury for the game at the Walkers Stadium (kick off 3pm).
Julien Dupuy starts at scrum-half, Geordan Murphy continues as captain while Julian White returns to the front row.
Tickets are still available in all categories in the 32,000-seat stadium so contact the Tigers ticket office now. Adult seat prices are from £24.
The office will be open from 9am on Saturday, and fans can call in at Welford Road in person or call the Tigers ticket hotline on 0844 856 1880. There will be no ticket sales at Walkers Stadium.
Pre-booked tickets can be collected from the Tigers ticket office up to 2.15pm on Saturday and then from 2.30pm at the Walkers Stadium. Please do not leave it too late.
With Tigers already assured of a top two finish, the ticket office will be open after the final whistle for season ticket holders to buy their seats for the home Guinness Premiership semi-final.
Special rates apply for the semi-final with all seats priced £15 adults, £10 concessions, £5 juniors and £35 for a family ticket.
The Tigers ticket office at Welford Road will also be open 10am-4pm on Sunday for sales to season ticket holders only and usual hours next week.
Semi-final ticket sales will be opened to Tigers members on Thursday, April 30 and tickets will go on general sale on Friday, May 1.
