Tigers welcome sell-out crowd at Welford Road

Leicester Tigers can confirm that today’s match at Welford Road is a 25,849 is a sell-out, with only Buyback seats – made available by season ticket holders not attending the match – available to buy ahead of kick-off.

If you are still looking for match tickets for the Tigers match against Wasps today (Sunday), please check the Tigers website or with the ticket office to see if any Buyback places are available.

With just over 1,000 places available for the derby game against Northampton Saints in the next fixture at Welford Road on Saturday, April 14 (3.00pm), supporters are encouraged to book as early as possible for another massive matchday.

Tigers club captain Tom Youngs said: “We’re really looking forward to getting back to Welford Road and playing in front of our own crowd.

“It’s been a while but we’ve got five massive fixtures left in the league and three of them are at home, and a big home crowd plays a big part in making Welford Road such a tough place for teams to visit.”

Season ticket holders who are unable to attend a fixture at Welford Road can transfer their ticket to a friend or family member using the club’s dedicated portal, or make their place available using the Buybacks scheme.

Tickets are also on sale now for the final home game of the Aviva Premiership season, against Newcastle Falcons on Friday, April 27 (7.45pm kick-off).
