Leicester Tigers fan Richard Pinks was the lucky winner of our TigersLotto tickets to the BBC Countryfile Show Live this summer.
TigersLotto gives supporters the chance to win in weekly and monthly draws, as well as support Tigers’ work across the community.
We teamed up with club sponsor STIHL who hosted its legendary Timbersports events at Blenheim Palace this year and caught up with Richard to see how he enjoyed his day out.
“We had a fantastic day,” he said. “Blenheim Palace is a beautiful venue and although the weather wasn’t the most pleasant, we were still able to really enjoy the day!
“We went along with a larger group and we were taken away with how big an event it was. STIHL’s Timbersports set-up was massive too and really interesting to watch.
“I’ve followed Tigers for years and became a season ticket holder around five years ago along with my wife. It’s a great day out as a family at Welford Road and as a family, we’re all excited for what the new season has in store.”
