The Tigers hooker won the fans vote for the monthly award ahead of Miles Benjamin and Vereniki Goneva.
He was presented with his prize, a Tag Heuer Aquarcer, after the final whistle of Saturday’s 27-27 draw with Bath at Welford Road by Ruth Benford, Goldsmiths marketing and communications director.
Youngs said: “Being voted the Goldsmiths Player of the Month is a great way to start 2014.
“I am really grateful for the supporters for voting for me and to Goldsmiths, it’s a very special thing to win.
“You never expect these sorts of things so it’s really nice to win and testament to the hard work of the guys around me. We’ve got some big games coming up and we know we’ve got to knuckle down and work hard.”
Youngs follows Goneva, Dan Bowden and Graham Kitchener in winning the Goldsmiths award so far this season.
The Tigers Player of the Month award is supported by Goldsmiths, the largest prestige and luxury jewellers in the UK, who are also official East Stand sponsors and official timekeepers.
