Tigers Academy assistant manager Tosh Askew is getting on his bike and taking part in L'Etape du Tour, a public event following the route of a stage in the Tour de France in the Alps today.
The 109km route takes in the punishing climbs of the Col de Telegraph and Col de Galibier as well as the ascent of the legendary Alpe d’Huez where tens of thousands of cycling fans gather on the mountainside during the Tour.

Tosh is putting himself through this adventure to help raise money for Sue Ryder Holme Hall which offers care to people with a range of neurological conditions including brain injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, stroke and Parkinson's Disease, and is located in the village of Holme near York.
