James O'Connor will start at fly-half for Australia in the second Test against South Africa in Cape Town.

O'Connor's experience helped Australia come from behind after trailing 22-0 to register a 22-38 win, ending a 62-year wait for a Wallabies win at the historic Ellis Park.
