The order of fixtures has been confirmed by tournament organisers ERC and their broadcast partners, with Tigers travelling to Italy to face Benetton Treviso on Saturday, October 9.
Scarlets then visit Welford Road the following weekend before back-to-back clashes with Perpignan in the weeks before Christmas.
Tigers travel to Stade Aime Giral on Saturday, December 11 before hosting Perpignan at Welford Road on Sunday, December 19.
Tigers are away to Scarlets in round five before completing their pool fixtures at home to Italian champions Benetton Treviso.
Dates and kick-off times for rounds five and six will be set after the fourth round of fixtures in December.
