True fans offer hope to Tigers supporters

Supporters from other clubs have offered Heineken Cup Final tickets for sale at face value to Leicester Tigers supporters.

With an allocation of around 9,000 tickets, demand is bound to exceed supply and the club are grateful to any supporters from other clubs who are willing to pass on their tickets for face value.

Many supporters, particularly from Munster, who bought tickets on the open market for the final have said they would like them to be used by genuine supporters of this year's finalists.

They are looking to sell to Tigers season ticket holders through the messageboard on the club website and have asked if there is a way of proving season ticket status when establishing contact.

Voucher EE is not being used in the season ticket booklet this season and Leicester supporters can use this as proof of season ticket status if corresponding with any supporters from other clubs.

"There has always been a strong bond between supporters of Leicester Tigers and Munster, and it is pleasing to know that the Munster supporters are trying to help in this way," said Tigers managing director David Clayton.
