Tom Varndell took less than 30 seconds to open the scoring in England's second game of the Rugby World Cup Sevens against Tunisia, but they had to survive a major scare before clocking up a second successive win.
Tigers wing Varndell also set up a try for Ben Gollings as they led 19-7 at the break, and grabbed a second of his own, charging 62 metres to go over the line as the lead stretched to 26-7.

But it was all Tunisia for the rest of the game, running in three tries and one conversion to take England down to the wire at 26-24.
Varndell said: "We let our standards go a little bit but there were positives to take from the first half. We need to step up for the Kenya game."
