The 20-year-old Dan Lancaster is the first in the hotseat. The youngster joined Tigers in the summer of 2021/22 after two seasons with his hometown club, Leeds Tykes, off the back of a successful campaign with England Under-20s squad winning the 2021 Under-20s Six Nations .
